The AG theory is the basis for the AG applications. Without theory we can't do anything. But scientific theory must be based on experiments. Therefore, at first read about the experiments before reading this section.

After we got the first experimental results, we have understood that we need a theory of the AG effects. But we understood that the anomalous gravitational effects
and phenomena produced by Powders of Projection cannot be explained by generally accepted physical theories based on the physical
conception of the Universe. But what can be offered in return ?
Today many talk a lot about the information model of the World. Information conception of the Universe was proposed by famous american mathematic Norbert Wiener in 1948.
But the Wiener's information approach did not predict new effects, but only explained the old effects. We need an information approach that gives new effects.
That is, it has to makes changes to the equations of motion. Because the AG effects are changes in the equations of motion. But at the same time,
they must go over to the old equations in the limiting case. But how can the information approach be introduced into physics and into equations of motion ?
In the simplest case we can do it using the Lagrangian mechanics.
In Lagrangian mechanics, a system of particles moves in such a way the action takes the least possible value. This is similar to the definition of information. We will consider that the action
is information received by the observer. In this case we may consider that the motion of a system of particles is presented for the observer in such
a way that its description is minimal.
In this information approach, the principle of least action should be maintained. Therefore, the Lagrange equations must be preserved.
But the Lagrangian itself can be changed. In this case we get new equations of motion. In order for the new equations of motion to go
over into the old in the special case, the new Lagrangian must has additive addtion. This addition, when moving to non-information physics,
should become zero.
But what is this addition ? If we assumed that the Lagrangian itself is information, then the addition should also be information. But how
is the new additional information different from the physical Lagrangian? What are new information that we need to add to the information
we are familiar with. What are these new information ?
Network information systems, such as the Internet have two types of information: open, unencrypted information that everyone can receive,
and encrypted information that only for those who to have access to it. The world around us is just a form of representing the information
received by the observer. Since the open information are the same for all oservers, the picture of the world made up of such information will be
the same for all observers. In this case, a new addition to the Lagrangian is encrypted information.
Large information networks have the key management problem to transmit encrypted information between correspondents. To solve this problem large
networks use public key ciphers to transmit encrypted information. These encrypted information must be absolutely unbreakable. How to make
absolutely unbreakable ciphers for open channels using three-pass Shamir’s protocol was showed in article [Nedzvetski, 2010. See =>].
The form of addition of encrypted information to the physical (unencrypted information) Lagrangian we discuss further.

To understand the AG phenomena is necessary pass three levels :
   1. Conceptual.
It is necessary to change our conception of the Universe. In our opinion, such new conception may be the crypto-information conception that will include
the physical conception as its special case.
   2. Theoretical.
It is necessary to develop new theories in physics, chemical and biology that will include crypto-information approach.
   3. Model.
It is necessary to construct theoretical models for every anomalous phenomenon. It is important to understand that many
anomalous phenomena can not be explained by in frame only one theory. For example, to explain phenomenon of Ballon is necessary will use physical,
chemistry and biological crypto-information theories.
This is a large and lengthy program that can be executed by several generations of scientists.
Now we are taking the first step in this direction.
