The  State  and  the  HomoTechnologies
I n d e x :
1. Society  and  Homotechnologies.
  The defining characteristic of homotechnologies is the unique role played by the human being. It is specifically within the human organism that "projection powders"—the foundational element of any homotechnology—are generated. These powders cannot be produced within the body of just any individual, but only within that of a select few. We do not know the exact percentage of people capable of generating projection powders, but we estimate that such individuals constitute no more than 1% of the population. Furthermore, the highest-quality projection powder—the Philosopher's Stone—can currently be produced by only one person in a million, or perhaps even fewer. Moreover, these individuals must undergo specialized training. Hence, the key role these individuals play in homotechnological projects.
  On the other hand, a successful homotechnological revolution requires the support of society.
  Society has a vested interest in seeing homotechnologies developed and such research groups operating within the country—provided, of course, that these groups work in the best interests of society. But how is society to determine this, and how can it go about supporting such groups? There are two possible approaches:
  - If society deems that these groups are indeed working in its best interests, it supports them through active participation in their work and through financial donations; conversely, if it does not, it withholds its support.
  - Society delegates this task to the state.
  Here, we will examine the second approach—the relationship between the state and research groups—as this is the scenario that is likely to prove decisive in the future.
  If we look to history, occult practices bear the closest resemblance to homotechnologies; indeed, homotechnologies essentially evolved out of occult traditions.
Prior to the advent of homotechnologies, occultism was largely the domain of eccentrics—individuals who believed in hidden forces and in the ancient, lost wisdom of the Atlanteans, a legacy supposedly preserved today by either the Freemasons or by alchemical adepts whose whereabouts remain unknown.
  The emergence of homotechnologies changes everything. Occult practices are transformed into a tangible, real-world force. And the power to harness these forces is now within the reach of any country—any nation—regardless of its current level of economic or scientific development. Today’s outsiders could, in fifteen years, emerge as global leaders. Conversely, today’s leaders could, within the same timeframe, cease to play a significant role on the world stage.
  Everything depends on the relationship between the state and such research groups.
  The relationship between the state and the groups that will develop homotechnologies is the pivotal factor determining the success of the homotechnological revolution.
2. What  is  needed  for  the  development  of  HomoTechnologies ?
  For homotechnologies to develop effectively within society—and for a homotechnological revolution to take place—the following are required:
  1. Personal freedom for every individual; guarantees of personal inviolability.
  2. A high standard of living.
  3. Available capital; guarantees of security for investors.
  4. The presence of venture capital investors.
  5. Political autonomy, as well as political and economic stability within the state.
3. Countries  Participating  in  the  Homotechnological  Revolution.
  Let us examine which countries are best suited to participate in the homotechnological revolution. This can be determined by assessing a country's standing across the five poreviios criteria.
  The USA.
  In our view, the USA possesses the highest rating across these five categories. This positioning will enable the United States to attract the most talented homotechnological researchers from every other country in the world.
  Europe.
  Europe faces significant challenges regarding economic and political stability, as well as autonomy. Its close ties with the USA will inevitably lead individuals and groups developing homotechnologies to relocate to the United States. Consequently, I do not view Europe as an independent force in this context. However, large clans and groups with centuries-old occult traditions may still operate within Europe.
  World Jewry.
  We regard World Jewry as the most formidable force in the homotechnological revolution. They possess every requisite asset: financial capital, a high standard of living, political will, historical experience, and scientific potential. They are both purposeful and unified. Indeed, it was the Jewish people who were the first to begin utilizing homotechnologies in the modern era.
  Muslim Countries.
  Muslim nations possess financial resources and a high standard of living, and they are prepared to invest funds in scientific projects. While issues regarding individual rights may exist in these regions, this potential drawback could be offset by the ideological unity shared between society and the state.
  China.
  China has the potential to emerge as a major participant in the homotechnological revolution, owing to its capacity to consolidate its collective strengths toward the achievement of a single objective. Everything depends on the extent to which China's political leadership grasps the critical importance of homotechnologies.
  India.
  India exhibits very low scores across all five rating categories.
  Russia.
  Russia holds a negative rating in each of the five categories. This implies that Russia will be a country for which the homotechnological revolution brings nothing but detriment; it will drain the nation of its vitality and result solely in loss.
  Conclusions:
  In our view, the primary struggle in the upcoming homotechnological revolution will unfold between:
  - The USA (as a democratic state);
  - Jewry (as a collective of financial clans);
  - The Muslim world (as a religious movement);
  - China (as an authoritarian state).
  All other nations will align themselves with one of these four centers.
4. How  to  Organize  the  Development  of  Homotechnologies.
  There are three options for organizing this work with state support:
  1. State-commissioned work under direct state oversight.
  2. Work conducted by private companies with state backing.
  3. Independent development by research groups with minimal state support.
  Under the first option, the oversight of the work and the evaluation of results would be conducted by scientists. However, homotechnologies fundamentally contradict current scientific paradigms.
Consequently, scientists would be incapable of either properly overseeing the work or accurately evaluating its results.
  The second option: For private businesses, scientific debates are irrelevant. Their primary focus is on results—and achieving them as quickly as possible. However, this implies that they would be interested only in speculative ventures on the stock market. Fundamental research and other projects of a more long-term or large-scale nature would hold no interest for them.
  The third option: The state should actively seek out individuals and groups engaged in homotechnologies, establish contact with them, and keep abreast of their activities and achievements. The state should provide them with support—albeit on a minimal scale—contingent upon their results and level of activity.
