1. Our  View  of  History.
    Humanity initially evolved along the path of homotechnologies. For any given individual, this represents a faster route to success. Along this path, humanity achieved astonishing feats and, in many respects, surpassed our own modern civilization.
   We believe that, in the past—thanks to homo-technologies—humanity:
   Was capable of spaceflight and possessed anti-gravity technologies;
   Established contact with extraterrestrial civilizations;
   And could create bombs of even greater destructive power than modern thermonuclear weapons.

   We believe that, in the past—thanks to homo-technologies—humanity:
   Was capable of spaceflight and possessed anti-gravity technologies;
   Established contact with extraterrestrial civilizations;
   And could create bombs of even greater destructive power than modern thermonuclear weapons.
   However, a civilization founded upon homo-technologies suffered from two fundamental flaws:
   It was dependent upon climatic conditions. Severe climate shifts and a decline in living comfort rendered the internal generation of "projection powders" within the human body impossible—thereby stripping such a civilization of its primary source of power.
   Furthermore, humans lacked the social experience necessary for collective work and communal living.
   Their development proceeded along a path focused on cultivating individual personal attributes, which, in turn, fostered egoism. This led to numerous interpersonal conflicts and ultimately culminated in a global war that nearly destroyed the Earth. The aftermath of this war triggered a major climatic catastrophe. Consequently, the majority of the surviving population lost the ability to generate projection powders. For this reason, the civilization lost its capacity to pursue the path of homo-technological development and was compelled to seek alternative avenues for its technological advancement.
   Humanity was thus forced to shift its development toward a path of collective effort and cooperation. This is a longer, more arduous path. It necessitated the establishment of state structures and required the acquisition of skills for communal living. The accumulation of this social experience was intended to prevent future military conflicts on a global scale, thereby saving humanity from self-destruction.
   Humanity's current trajectory—developing along the path of *techno-technologies*—constitutes a necessary stage in its evolution. Once humanity has acquired the requisite skills for harmonious coexistence on a single planet, it must eventually return to the path of homo-technological development. Today, we have reached this point of return.
   The technologies we have acquired today must endow humanity with two essential qualities:
   To liberate humanity from its dependence on climatic conditions;
   To provide humanity with the necessary social experience of living together.
   Subsequently, the advancement of both human technologies and technical technologies must serve to complement and amplify the capabilities of both domains.
   Therefore, the development of technical technologies constituted a necessary stage in the evolution of humanity.
2. Why  should  we  study  History ?
   We must study history in order to:
   Leverage organizational experience and avoid repeating past mistakes that could nullify all our achievements;
   Gather information and discover clues regarding the potential development of homotechnologies;
   Provide explanations for historical events.
   We emphasize that our methods of information acquisition enable us—by drawing upon history—to obtain concrete data that aids us in the advancement of our homotechnologies.
3. Features  of  the  Current  Moment.
   Today, humanity has reached a juncture where it can once again embark upon the path of homotechnology development—albeit at a new stage, wherein the capabilities of homotechnologies will be complemented by those of technotechnologies.
   We hope that:
   - Society has attained sufficient maturity—such that those who possess the secrets of "projection powders" will not be burned at the stake in attempts to extract those secrets from them.
   - Upon acquiring such formidable weaponry, humanity will not bring about its own destruction.
   - These newfound capabilities will be utilized for the benefit of all people, rather than serving the narrow interests of a select few.
   We cannot know, with certainty, what the actual outcome will be. If all goes well, an era of prosperity awaits humanity. Should it fail to live up to expectations today, then this era will simply be deferred to the future.
